What I Do

Consulting

I work at the intersection of digital health communications and public health with clients spanning the healthcare ecosystem. My services include strategic planning, digital content audit, analysis and ROI reporting, editorial content strategy, crisis communications and public affairs support and general branding and copywriting services.

Journalism

As a seasoned editor, writer, and health journalist,  I often write stories at the intersection of health and wellness, technology, economics, and public policy—filling patient education gaps, bringing to light new evidence and telling stories to advance the health system and the health of Americans.

Research

I’ve authored original health services and digital communications research focused on improving health outcomes and identifying disparities to inform health policy and health systems. I examine issues from both the healthcare provider side and the consumer side with a focus on digital health literacy, digital health equity, and digital health accessibility.

Speaking

Speaking engagements at conferences and on panels allow me to share my research and experience with others in the field. I also enjoy developing custom curricula for professional development workshops focused on digital health literacy and digital health equity topics.
